Terms of Service
By using fun-run.app ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
fun-run.app is a territory-claiming game powered by Strava activity data. You connect your Strava account, complete running loops, and the enclosed areas appear as claimed territory on a shared map.
2. Your account
You must have a valid Strava account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or attempt to access other users' accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate territory data through fake or artificially generated GPS routes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape or bulk-export data from the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
4. Strava data
The Service accesses your Strava data under the Strava API Agreement. We only access activity data recorded after you connect your account. You can revoke access at any time via Strava settings.
5. Territory and user content
Claimed territories and your username are displayed publicly on the map. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to display this information to other users.
6. Service availability
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
